ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
The SBL International Community has both collaborative and energetic functions.
Over chat, the community is able to ask Spanda questions and engage with each other on topics such as philosophy, metaphysics, health, or success. The energetic function is one that leverages the power of group energy during collaborative meditations or healings.
Over a lifetime of travels, Spanda has cultivated this special energetic team by extending personal invitations and creating opportunities for individuals to be attracted to his work by way of public speaking engagements.
As the team continues to develop, individuals are trained by Spanda to take senior positions so they may continue the mission of SBL independently of any one individual.

Amanda Darling
International DJ, Music Producer, and Vocalist Having built a loyal following in the Trance world, Amanda Darling is now integrating a 2nd genre of music called “Future Wave”, which takes its inspiration from synth pop of the 1980’s.
Amanda plays the keytar live during her DJ sets. She has completed diverse creative works including Earth Tones (2016), EXIST (2017) and two singles due for release in 2018. She has collaborated with Shardad Rohani, one of the most respected Classical-style composers alive today. She has become well known in the Los Angeles area, having performed on the main stage at top night clubs including Avalon Hollywood (Resident) and Exchange LA. She also performed in Nevada (EDC Las Vegas), Utah (DAS Energi Festval) and internationally in Korea (ULTRA). She has opened for some of the top names in the industry, including BT, Hardwell, Heatbeat, Alex M.O.R.P.H. and radio legend, Judge Jules. She has been a regular on Los Angeles FM radio, and has her own popular monthly podcast, AXION.

Stefania Barr
Stefania is an actor, musician, and filmmaker from the Park City, Utah area. Her career started at the age of seven with a Disney Channel debut. She began working regularly in film and commercials and became one of the top booking actors for her age group. In 2012, Stefania composed her first soundtrack for award-winning short film "Life According to Penny" in which she also starred as the lead. Soon after, she released her first original twelve-song album as front-woman of alt-rock band "Shrink the Giant." In 2014, she was invited to participate at the Sundance Institute labs. In addition to her acting and musical career, Stefania spent time behind the camera in various positions. She directed two short films, both set to release in 2018. She edited and composed the music for upcoming Holocaust film Hanneli and Anne. She has also worked in camera, production, wardrobe, sound, editing, and music departments on numerous projects.
Apolla Asteria
Apolla is an artist working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, California as a SAG affiliated actress, Youtube/Podcast host, also known for being the guitarist for the multi-award winning 432hz frequency band; The Siren. She is the artist/creator of Shaman Spears, uniquely hand-crafted energy channeling devices she invented herself (www.shamanspears.com). Apolla is the host of Apolla’s Odyssey which has featured live podcasts weekly and exclusive interviews from top researchers, writers, and whistleblowers from the UFO/Disclosure community she also interviews individuals on the topic of Consciousness, activists of Freedom, and the Global Paradigm Shift. She is a Panelist and has reported for Third Phase of Moon. Besides being an artist of many forms, she is also a speaker for Conscious/Disclosure Conferences after being a lifetime researcher of UFOlogy, exopolitics, forbidden archaeology, esoteric knowledge, and metaphysics. VERTICAL SANGHA LEVELS IN SBL
The levels below describe the trajectory of an individual seeking to walk the most disciplined path of spiritual learning and practice in SBL. However, there are numerous pathways to spiritual growth that are unique to each individual.
LINEAGE HOLDER
In Soul Based Living, a spiritual lineage holder is someone recognized as carrying and transmitting the living stream of the tradition’s spiritual knowledge and practices—serving as a custodian who keeps its energy, methods, and vision intact while guiding seekers. Spanda Makt, the founder, has served as the custodian for Soul Based Living since 2009. His spiritual work with the public began in 1987
THERO
Pali word meaning Elder. This level is reached after 7 years. This is the group of respected senior Sangha who do not wish to have administrative power, who advise the community
ARIYA SANGHA
Sanskrit words meaning Noble Community Member. Spanda defines this as a Community Leader. This level is can be reached after 3 years.
SANGHA
Sanskrit word meaning "association, assembly, or company" , a Truth Community Member and Formal Student. Spanda defines Sangha as one who trains and practices, and is devoted to the community as a member of our soul family. Sangha practice both work on self to subtract anger, fear, and limiting beliefs as well as giving service to the world.
EMERGENT SANGHA
Emergent Sangha is one who is in the process of becoming a formal student; an initiatory and formative time of intense healings and blessings to become clearer and whole.
SATSANGI
Sanskrit word meaning "one who is associated with the Truth." Spanda defines this one as being casually associated, one who comes or goes as a friend or guest, without participating in any trainings nor practicing the teachings, and without making any heartfelt commitment to the community. These people, however, enjoy the energy and information and sometimes are of service to the community, and sometimes make offerings.
